How Hyde triages winter calls
No heat in winter and gas safety concerns go to the front of the queue.
- No-heat calls during cold snaps are treated as a higher priority than routine servicing
- Anything that sounds like a gas safety or carbon monoxide concern is moved to the front of the queue
- Hyde will tell you honestly on the phone when a technician can realistically get to the property
- If the issue is not urgent, Hyde will say so and offer the next practical appointment instead
